Returns

If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make returning it as simple and hassle-free as possible.

On top of the legally required 14-day cancellation period, we give you an extended 100 days from the day you receive your parcel to return your order.  

During this time, feel free to open the packaging and try out the products — just like you would try on a shirt in a store. 

Please note that this doesn’t apply to consumable items that can’t be resold once opened. For example, our Cleaning Cloths (#1595) fall under this rule. 

The official delivery date is based on the tracking info and when the carrier marks your parcel as "delivered." 

We hope you love your purchase, but if not, you have plenty of time to change your mind.

We will provide shipping instructions with the return authorization.

Please note, a 25% Restocking Fee will be charged for all merchandise returned without a Return Authorization number or for merchandise returned to our main office. 

 

MISSING

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Returns" in the menu on the right
  3. Click "Create Return"
  4. Select the order you wish to return from
  5. Choose the item(s) you want to return
  6. Click "Create Return" to complete the process

Once your return request has been created, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as we have received and inspected the returned items, we will get back to you regarding your refund. 

Please note: Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order. 

We Take Responsibility for the Shipment 
Responsibility for the parcel transfers to us as soon as it is scanned by the carrier. This means you're not liable for lost or damaged return shipments during transit.

By purchasing a return label through us, you get a lower shipping rate compared to buying it on your own.

No need to search for a carrier, buy shipping, or ensure correct return handling – we take care of everything for you.

Please note: 

Product packaging matters 
We reserve the right to reduce your refund if a return label is placed directly on the product packaging or box, making it unsuitable for resale. 

Return delivery time 
When returning an item, please be aware that our standard delivery times do not apply. If you’ve purchased your return label through our portal, we allow up to 14 days for the parcel to reach us. 

As soon as we receive your return parcel, we’ll begin processing your refund. Usually within 14 days. The money will be returned to the same payment method you used when placing your order. 

Refund times vary depending on your payment method: 

  • Debit cards: typically within 3–4 business days
  • Credit cards: usually 3–6 business days (refunded directly to your card)
  • PayPal:
    • Paid with debit card: 1–2 business days
    • Paid with credit card: 3–4 business days 

You’ll be refunded the actual amount paid, not the original full price. This means if you used a discount code or bought an item on sale, your refund will reflect that reduced price. 

You will receive a full refund of the item price subject to the following: 

  • Original and return shipping charges will be included in the refund only if the return was the result of our error.
  • If you took advantage of any Free Shipping promotion when placing your order, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
  • If you return an order that was placed using a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount of the  original purchase amount.
  • If you return an order that was placed using a Free Merchandise offer, the value of the free merchandise associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the free merchandise is included with your return.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are, regrettably, non-returnable. 

Shipping costs are not refunded if you: 

  • refuse delivery,
  • fail to collect your parcel, or
  • return only part of your order.

All our products come with a 2-year warranty. Some products may even come with a longer warranty. If that’s the case, you’ll find the extended warranty period clearly stated on the product page. 

You can use the warranty if a product becomes defective after normal and intended use. If you experience any problems with your product, please get in touch with us. 

If you're not happy with your experience, we’d love the chance to make things right. Contact us and we’ll do everything we can (within the warranty terms) to fix the issue.
